iRacing Live Timing has been updated to 12.26.0.12
- New features
- New file reference feature has been added to plugin Initialize, Dispose, Flush, Update and Styles editor. This feature allows editing plugins using your preferred text editor. To activate this feature, the first line of the text must be formatted like this: /* file: C:\temp\test\update.js */. The plugin editor doesn’t need to be open for the new feature to work. When editing the referenced file, the overlay will be updated in real time.
- New powerful CSS and JS syntax checker replaces the old ones in the Style overrides editor and the Plugin editor. Double clicking an error selects the corresponding text.
- JS text coloring has been improved in the Plugin editor.
- New Settings / Championship / Override URL Proxy feature has been added. This feature solves the issue some customers experience when trying to reference images on servers that do not add CORS headers to files, preventing them from being rendered in the overlay
- No proxy: previous behavior, URLs are passed through unchanged
- Local proxy: URLs are proxied on http by the iRacingLiveTiming embedded proxy, CORS headers are added
- Cloud proxy: URLs are proxied on https by new proxy servers in the cloud, CORS headers are added
- Bug fixes
- Selected driver not being displayed in the overlay during interviews issue has been corrected
- Minor issues have been corrected in the overlay
